Norbert is a serial entrepreneur and currently a Lecturer at MIT Morningside Academy for Design's MITdesignX. His career reflects a dynamic journey of founding, scaling, and steering pioneering ventures across global markets. Before MIT, Norbert co-founded and served as CEO of Lekan, a premium online video subscription service based in Beijing, with channels including Lekan Kids and Vogue TV.

Prior to Lekan, Norbert held the role of Vice President and Managing Director at Disney Interactive Media Group for Greater China, where he oversaw all facets of Disney’s digital presence, from disney.cn to mobile and online gaming. He joined The Walt Disney Company following their acquisition of Enorbus, a mobile services company he co-founded and led as CEO.

Norbert has raised capital from Fortune Global 500 companies and leading institutional investors. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University.
